      Flexible when it comes to work Amazing benefits - literally can't beat it

      Cons

      They like to move people around a lot, good if you're not happy but a con if you like where you're at or not ready to move.

      Elanco has a reasonable benefits package

      Cons

      Manufacturing senior leaders say they want people to speak up, but they don’t. Many senior leaders are technically great but lack people leadership skills. Good old boys club.
