      Constantly changing environment, which could be good or bad depending on how you can adapt.

      Cons

      The turnover rate seems to be a lot higher with this company.

      Good Benefits and lots of Overtime

      Cons

      Mandatory Overtime every week. Advertise balance between home and work which is only true for office personnel. Raises are not competitive and don't amount to much. Worked straight through Covid. Management doesn't care about your home life or you as a person. Supervisors hardly ever hit the floor and processes are supervised by incompetent Operations Techs who use favoritism when it comes to work duties. Great Dane is starting out higher in pay. High turnover rate.
