      Many people are genuinely helpful and want to see the team succeed

      Very cliquey - many people left outside the center of influence Lack of clarity on job roles and responsibilities making it easy for people to dodge accountability

      Good Benefits and lots of Overtime

      Cons

      Mandatory Overtime every week. Advertise balance between home and work which is only true for office personnel. Raises are not competitive and don't amount to much. Worked straight through Covid. Management doesn't care about your home life or you as a person. Supervisors hardly ever hit the floor and processes are supervised by incompetent Operations Techs who use favoritism when it comes to work duties. Great Dane is starting out higher in pay. High turnover rate.
