Pros

I can't think of anything positive except getting a paycheck on time.

Cons

The good, decent people were smart enough to rush out the door leaving a bunch of bullies moving disjointedly in all directions. To think that products coming from such a dysfunctional place end up on our plates through the poor farm animals who are over drugged on behalf of profits for companies like Elanco is beyond horrifying.

There is nothing about Elanco at this point that would ever make me recommend it to anyone

Cons

-Awful awful culture -Executive team that is under qualified and comically embarrassing -Horrible support functions like procurement and legal and IT, completely clueless -ongoing layoffs, even though the CEO and CHRO will promise no more, even eliminating roles they just hired a few months before -A lot of super questionable directives given by management -Shady and defensive leaders
