      Purpose driven. Passionate about customer and employee promises. Culture values of integrity, respect, excellence. In the process of making history

      Cons

      Big challenges to pull off finishing separation from Lilly and successfully integrating Bayer Animal Health. Not a good place for those who need comfort and little change.

      Purpose driven, dedicated people all trying to make lives better for animals and the people providing their care. Opportunities for growth within an area or across areas in the company Everyone is encouraged to act like an owner and make decisions for the good of the overall company. Supervisors are invested in building talent and creating an environment where everyone can speak up and share ideas or offer a different perspective

      Cons

      Can be overly optimistic at times, need to take a realist approach Very high expectations and fast paced, which is not for everyone

      Elanco allows all functions to innovate and excel at doing things differently, while remaining grounded in our culture and foundation principles. The focus on people and animals is kept at the forefront of all we do.

      Cons

      The pace of growth at Elanco over the last 5-7 years creates the need for rapid change and has causes burnout for top performers in some functions.
