      Pros

      They have very good benefits and time off available to employees. They have good products that pretty much sell themselves.

      Cons

      It is a good 3 year job and then move on. My advice to employers is not to hire anyone who has been at Elanco over 5 years as they become very complacent and some degree of arrogance. Elanco tries to be everything to everybody. I know some people who have had to reinterview to keep their jobs 4 times in 5 years.

      Pros

      Opportunities to move between departments to gain experience. Great people throughout company

      Cons

      Going through so much change the last 5+ years, many have been "downsized". Causes fear throughout as to when your next. Regardless of how they speak of culture, fear of job loss overwrites the positive.
