      Pros

      Pays well, some good managers are still here, work from home still in effect

      Cons

      Constant concern over losing your job, workload expectations unrealistic and not sustainable, lay-offs will continue, Executive leadership are not to be trusted, things look ok from the outside, but when you are in the mix you realize there is a lot of smoke and mirrors.

      Other than ability to work from home none.

      Cons

      Very siloed, ever changing direction, clueless leaders, empty visions and promises. And layoff after layoff cycle that does not seem to have end in sight.

      Pros

      The insurance is somewhat decent. It’s an animal health company.

      Cons

      They will work you to the bone and then still demand more. Will lay off people and then expect other people to do the work of three people.
