Purpose-driven culture by most of the employees Growing industry Opportunity if you love constant change and short-term plans/thinking

Cons

With constant layoffs, all employees now fear for their jobs - even the stellar performers. And with so many laid off, those still there are working even harder than before. Many people opting out due to burn out or getting scooped up by competitors. Very unstable environment with trust in top management eroded. R&D under constant attack by budget cuts and only pipeline filling is happening through continual M&A.

Good mission, interesting & complex business structure which could allow for good career development and innovating strategies and ideas to improve business functions

Cons

Toxic culture, which starts at the VP level. No recognition for herculean efforts and ridiculous hours. VPs, Senior Directors engage in blame games which demoralizes directors and managers, and creates silos of people who become worried about covering themselves and not collaborating or willingness to help fix the issue.
