Cons
Too dependent on the CEO who really has an outstanding speech, but that’s about it…. The company can’t handle active investors and they are destroying a lot of value just for showing a financial result instead of standing for the mid and long term possibilities. There’s no balance, vision and mission are only for the press, but no such thing as living it and don’t even dream of seeing management “walking the talk”. A lot of hidden political agenda and too US centric, they forgot about globalization? It was a very unpleasant experience and very much frustrating seeing how “focus” activities were cancelled overnight just because of Jeff’s uncertainty and inability to manage stock holders after performing a large acquisition which he couldn’t and I believe would not be able to capitalize. I really can’t recommend (and wouldn’t) to anyone who wants to prosper.
