      Pros

      Elanco has a great culture. Sort of a small family business atmosphere. There's a lot of work and it is challenging, but also rewarding.

      Cons

      Lots of moving parts, aggressive growth company, tight timelines. While these may be seen as cons due to the challenges, they are also opportunities to learn and grow.
