Pros

Although perks are average, it has great work-life balance, great people to work with. Small company atmosphere. Very resourceful.

Cons

Although recent acquisitions provide more career opportunities, people movement is equivalent to its large parent pharmaceutical company. Some departments are better at employee recognition.

Pros

None at present, the environment is not great to work in.

Cons

The company has lost its way and is losing its talent daily. Since its separation from Lilly, it talks about values but does not role model. It treats its employees as dispensable. The setting up of a central hub in Poland to outsource activities to cut costs has led to a hub run by lots of people that do not understand pharma and all like to call themselves Managers. Long term this will lead to mistakes and inefficiencies that will cost even more. Lots of tired and disgruntled employees due to high workload and constant headcount cuts and reorganization leading to zero talent development which is not a high priority for senior management. Too much focus on sales. R and D and manufacturing are treated like a poor relation. Too much US centric control has led to other groups in the organisation not being able to speak up. If they do speak up then you probably won't see that person again within a few weeks. Senior management not good at taking feedback. All the positive communication is just for show, it is not lived by the organization. Lots of people moving to other competitors due to the toxic environment which has evolved.
