      The corporate culture is very much a part of every day. Very upbeat and positive.

      Can be tough to break through existing network of organization structure.

      Elanco Winslow site is a good place to work

      Pros

      Elanco is dedicated to provide fair wages and helps to develop their employees. They have great benefits and recognition programs that allow every employee to express gratitude for someone doing a good job or helping in an impactful way.

      Cons

      This is a production based site, so that means that the goal is around producing as much as possible with as little as possible. That can add stress, but the management is always working on reducing that stress in any way they can and are always looking for reasonable solutions from the floor. I have worked at other companies where the employees concerns were never heard.

      Challenging and Rewarding

      Pros

      I've never worked at another place where people cared as much about each other and the work that they do. We work hard but there is also a lot of fun activities and community involvement - volunteering, food drives, holiday party, safety fairs and more. Great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Need to be flexible person in order to work additional hours outside the schedule to ensure things are done right
