Pros

Great vacation days, benefits, awesome coworkers, great company culture, if you are a high performer, Elanco is your play ground.

Cons

Very fast paced environment and may be unsuitable for some. Some pay levelling needed across functions, sometimes feels like Finance is burned out while some other functions are out to lunch..

Elanco - Just a good employer in the States

Pros

You can work from home office, you can plan your daily job yourself, good insurance package, very nice colleagues, good supervisor

Cons

I'm working now since 7 years in Elanco in Europe and it get's every year worse and worse. They cutting the cost on employees the most, but also OPEX, Compliance rules are getting more and more restricted. You can't do your job anymore in a normal way. They are not supporting when you asking for help. They try to get the most out of every employee until he is crashing, getting sick, give up. 60h/week is just normal, Sales targets are unreachable, Strategies are not well planned and executed.

Great culture, very nice colleagues across the globe (I appreciate that a lot!), good balance/respect for your private life (family is important!)

Cons

Never a dull moment, constant change which is nice but can be a bit challenging at times as well. Would be nice to have quieter times now and then
