      - Great culture and values, mainly in regards people well being! - Great opportunities for growing with the company, including career plan discussion; - Well prepared and inspirer senior leadership; - Great recognition program.

      Cons

      This is not a cons, but you should not work in the company if you are not resilient enough to follow the company growth and dynamic changes.

      Purpose driven, dedicated people all trying to make lives better for animals and the people providing their care. Opportunities for growth within an area or across areas in the company Everyone is encouraged to act like an owner and make decisions for the good of the overall company. Supervisors are invested in building talent and creating an environment where everyone can speak up and share ideas or offer a different perspective

      Cons

      Can be overly optimistic at times, need to take a realist approach Very high expectations and fast paced, which is not for everyone

      -if you are a high performer, you will be trusted and give more opportunities -multiple examples of raises and variable pay to reward high performers -company just grew significantly with acquisition - jobs are now elevated to bigger company -management takes accountability and is accessible

      Cons

      -business acumen needs to continue to increase throughout the company -embarking on a system change, current internal systems not as user friendly or helpful as under Lilly -used to have better benefits related to healthy living, like access to gyms -need more innovative products to sustain growth
