      Pros

      Elanco provides ample opportunity for growth and development. They're often nurturing and encouraging top talent to get outside of their comfort zone and try new areas of the business. There are few stereotypes on what roles you can and cannot take on. Leadership encourages ownership at all levels. Most leaders and managers also set good examples for work/life balance, leading with empathy especially during stressful times.

      Cons

      There are still pockets of the company that focus on the "status quo" and doing things how they've always been done but over my years with the company I have seen fewer and fewer of those.

      Pros

      I have been with Elanco for 13 years and we have grown like crazy. In that time I believe that we have made the business better and stayed true to our culture and values. What I appreciate most is our people who care for the industry we represent and for each other. Some of my closest friends work at this company. This culture stays strong because our leaders focus on their people, customers and causes.

      Cons

      With so much change and growth it can take a minute for the new leaders to adjust to the business and culture.
