      Your voice can be heard. We feel transparency between management and employees. It’s employee and customer focused organization. We understand customer business and add value to their business through their involvement. There is great expertise in the company Where people exchange experiences. We work hard and celebrate together, this is a true teamwork. Our culture live involvement and humility. After IPO we are trying to change our mindset from employee to owner of the company. This brings you additional responsibilities.

      We operate in many countries and there are great customer experiences in some markets where we can replicate in other markets better by improving communication among the teams.

      I work with a team of veterinarians, nutritionists and animal scientists that have no ego. We are a team and no one worries about who gets credit. We work together to help our farm animal veterinarians and livestock producers have a healthier herd and a more profitable business. Our senior leadership team is humble, transparent and inspiring. Jeff Simmons , our CEO should run for President of the US. He is a tremendous leader.

      A company that let's us take ownership of our role / career. During COVID, the company has demonstrated immense flexibility and understanding at a global level. Elanco has also initiated company wide open and real discussions regarding the Black Lives Matter movement, educating us all in what is true diversity and inclusion. I am very proud to be working for this company.
