It is a good 3 year job and then move on. My advice to employers is not to hire anyone who has been at Elanco over 5 years as they become very complacent and some degree of arrogance. Elanco tries to be everything to everybody. I know some people who have had to reinterview to keep their jobs 4 times in 5 years.

Toxic culture, which starts at the VP level. No recognition for herculean efforts and ridiculous hours. VPs, Senior Directors engage in blame games which demoralizes directors and managers, and creates silos of people who become worried about covering themselves and not collaborating or willingness to help fix the issue.
