      Energetic and empowering workplace! Purpose driven principal based company where people want to come to work. Benefits are better or comparable to most multinational companies. Flexible work arrangements to help with work/life balance.

      Fast paced doing more with less.

      You have the ability to have a personal impact on the future of the company. An entrepreneurial atmosphere where hard work and new ideas are rewarded. -Benefits - Great 401K match with an additional contribution at year-end, good health insurance. -A flexible work environment with a mentality of getting the job done vs where you get it done. -Career opportunities to help grow and stretch you if you are looking to develop yourself.

      Cons

      -While a major emphasis has been given to improve diversity and inclusion, there are still instances where we can improve across the company. -There is not a lack of work. Major projects simultaneously occurring causing for long days.

      401k match up to 6%, annual bonus

      Cons

      Benefits went downhill after Elanco went IPO separating from Lilly. Increased medical insurance costs, premiums increased, pay raises lowered to an insultingly low level. Bonuses have been decreasing as well, there is an alarmingly large turnover rate growing.
