      Pros

      Elanco is a good ethical company that respects its people. also very high expectations which means the company will thrive while others in the industry some have not and will not survive. Good benefit plan.

      Cons

      Just ok pay. when times get tough, work life balance gets put behind lets grow. this causes a shift in peoples focus from creating value to cut costs and find growth which is needed but can be a distracton.

      Pros

      The company is committed to high energy, high engagement, high achievement. Results are expected and I believe rewarded. There is a good "team culture", and where it isn't, it's noticed as a major problem.

      Cons

      The company is starting to grow to the point where bureaucracy is hindering the "ownership culture" that I loved.

      Great site with exciting prospects. The development department is expanding with new projects coming through all the time.

      Cons

      Lots of employees are employed long term as contract workers. Job security is a worry. However, good employee retention once made permanent.
