Cons
Everything else. Everyday is a firedrill. The company is too driven by the desire to be at the top as quickly as possible. Employees are burnt out from the constant acquisitions, while still trying to develop the company infrastructure. With everyone in management being former Lilly- favorites are played and those are the ones that get the most opportunity for advancement regardless of experience and pure knowledge. There is zero compassion or empathy for employees well being and the engagement surveys show that; with extremely low percentages that are only dropping by the quarter. However, instead of taking accountability and making changes, leadership creates excuses and makes false promises. Also, the layoff of hundreds of employees after busting their butts all year right before the holiday was the tip of the iceberg and D&I is a joke.
