Pros
Elanco truly has some of the best people and one of the best culture's around in my opinion. The coworkers feel like family, and leadership in the organization is accessible and willing to listen to feedback. There are lots of opportunities to grow and advance your career. They do a great job of training and developing their people, and they are working hard to make things even better.
Cons
I believe the pay is lower than the industry average. Also, Elanco has grown immensely in the past 5 years. With such rapid growth come challenges, and some of the processes and decisions that were done very quickly before are now taking much more time and "red-tape" to get through.
