Cons
Salary and benefits are not competitive with other companies. Management and sales force lack the ability, drive and ambition to make plan. The number one customer for Elanco is Elanco, with a very internally focused mindset and lack of customer focus, most are concerned on checking a box and pleasing their management. Position eliminations have been abundant.
