The people are the top of the list as to why Elanco. Collaborative and helpful no matter your level or question. The future prospects and potential for the company are bountiful. Strong foundations and continuing on a strategy destined to provide long-term returns.

Cons

There has been lots of change over the past 5 years and some people are still bruised by the experiences. This can create pockets of cynicism.

Pros

Strong company culture. Flexible work. Well-being is prioritized. Managers who genuinely care about your growth and development. Connection to a bigger purpose (food and companionship enriching lives) is shared amongst the employee base and felt in the day to day work. Innovation at the heart of the culture.

Cons

Still a young company after IPO from parent and has made large acquisitions. Still a lot of growing pains with systems and processes, but there are a lot of opportunities to make an impact.
