      - Good working culture - Plenty of learning opportunities - Career development - Care about staff compensation & benefit - Non discrimination company in terms of gender/education/field and etc.

      Cons

      - Heavy work load with less manpower in the team - Not enough support from the reporting director based in HQ (far away) - Too many changes/ transition of the organization's processes and management in Global.
