Pros

Competitive starting salary for college graduates (especially with a Master's degree) Networking/professional development opportunities are abundant Excellent experience to learn to think on your feet & contribute to a team immediately

Cons

Employees are burdened with multiple individuals' work due to poor recruiting/hiring practices Lack of DEI emphasis in hiring & management that is "old school" Poor onboarding approach - thrown into the fire with little to no support or guidelines Executive leaders & senior directors continue to depart the company due to various restructurings, projects getting slashed, and poor company performance in the stock market Change is happening so quickly and retention is so poor

You get to work with high integrity, smart, and passionate people Mission driven purpose Fun, growing industry

Cons

No real strategy or long term planning (always in fire drill mode) The integration with Bayer brought in good talent but was clearly a financial mistake and continues to put constraints on the ability to invest in the future No ability to plan. Constant budget cuts
