It’s a job to go to until you find a real job. Not a place you want to stay, management sucks as well as front office.

Cons

Management won’t take anything seriously. No room for advancement.your just another peg that can be replaced at any time. Not a place for long time goals.use it as a step to better yourself and leave ASAP.
