Private pension . None will force you to do overtime

Cons

Minimum wage plus shift allowance if you do the shifts . I worked 8 years . Just last 2 years the company was giving some vouchers on Christmas of shocking value 20 pound. The managers were keep talking about effectiveness to do more in less time . They also said that money is no a motivator but it’s the leadership . Basically work hard for the team elanders and you will get 20 quid voucher on Christmas
