      Old Fashioned, Not Interested in Catching up

      Pros

      Culture is fairly relaxing if you're not high-strung and value doing or understanding what work to do.

      Cons

      Unless you're in the Atlanta office, expect to be considered as second- or third-tier. Technology stack was grossly outdated, but there were efforts to refresh one UI for modern JS frameworks. Systems are extremely patchwork and "support" looks more like constantly repeating a task that could be automated or fixed outright within a sprint or two.

      Pros

      Good location, nice culture, decent atmosphere. Allowed to work from home regularly which is a plus.

      Cons

      Can be very difficult to deploy changes with so many needless processes & procedures to go through to even get the smallest change deployed. There are huge property developments in progress in the area, so looks like it will be a traffic nightmare in a few years.
