      Overall, the professional quality of the company is high. You work everyday with high-end technology, so the work is interesting. In recent years, there is more of a focus on work-life balance.

      Cons

      The company is large with a lot of politics and cliques. It's very hard to move up if you're not "connected" to someone. Salaries are apparently low in the middle-management positions when compared to other successful high tech companies.
