      Pros

      Quite a stable work place. If your project finish, you'll have a lot of other options in the company. A lot of social events and benefits. People are very nice.

      Cons

      No salary raise for years. Managers are very strict. Poor HR department, doesn't care about the employees at all. Work life balance is bad in some projects. No days off after returning from long & hard business trips. Fun days are deducted from the employees vacation days!!! Never heard of such thing elsewhere.

      Pros

      State of the art tech, comfortable hours, wide variety of extracurricular activities.

      Cons

      Military-like management. Salaries are not up to par with the market.

      Pros

      Some divisions make profit, so they are recruiting, growing, and offer their employees opportunities to learn new technologies and get promoted (except for the salary, in this case the horizon is very limited).

      Cons

      Some of the senior managers are really psychopathic in their behavior, and I'm not kidding. Yelling and humiliating their employees in front of their colleagues. How disgusting. Also, there is a lot of internal politics, led not only by the employees but by the managers against their own employees. And the managers at the HQ don't even care, as long as there is profit every quarter.
