      Pros

      Relatively safe, as long as you are an employee of Elbit, Not very demanding, no work after usual working hours.

      Cons

      Worst organizational culture I've ever seen. Very old technologies. Employees and managers do their best not to work and only try to blame others for not working. Worst handling of unprofessional employees - instead of letting them go, they are promoted. Probably due to lack of professional human resources Very few positions are open to home office.
