      Decent working condition employees are great to work with everyone cooperates and is team oriented. Good benefits

      Cons

      Management is old school - need to be more team driven and provide workers with tools to succeed. Managers are not well trained came up through the ranks

      Pros

      I had a line manager with excellent leadership skills. Good colleagues on my small team.

      Cons

      Senior management dominated by ex ADF with insufficient commercial experience. Embarrassing to watch senior management try and dream up plans and procedures. Could not even administer the payroll and finance\payroll distrusted their own professional staff.
