It is a very big company, you have all the needed facilities and company activities. Company trips abroad and family fun days. You receive gifts for spacial occasions. the work is inserting and you can learn a lot during your work experience. You can take many (2 each year) courses during the work hours arranged and paid for by Elbit .

Cons

The salary you start with is very imported. it is better to start with as high as you possibly can. Since it is hard to receive a big raise as you continue to work. They have in Elbit many strange rules about salary raising ... only when the corporation decides on a company raise and then only the ones that they see fit to receive one. You need to be confident good at your job and assertive, to get a significant raise .
