Too big company with no professional challenge

This is a very stable company. The salaries are relatively good for haifa. The welfare unit is good.

Cons

Big company hard to move things. Management were closing contracts the developping team had no chances to meet, making the work under pressure. Most of the projects are based on old projects making the work uninteresting.
