      Elbit systems is good company to start, but it is hard to develop and grow in it.

      Pros

      It is a big company which develops and sells, many kinds of IT, Network and Security systems. And because of that while working there you can participate in all kind of projects.

      Cons

      As a result of the size of the company, it's very unorganized and in some cases "the right hand doesn't know what the left does". in addition, as every big organization there are a lot of politics that are hurting the employees .

      Pros

      hours are reasonable generally speaking, perks are okay, locations are convenient, and there are rides to work, and you can leave when they go (early)- and it's legit.

      Cons

      low salary, even if the stock goes up- the salary on the day you arrive will stay the same till your last day. Bonuses are given only to those who suck-up to senior directors- non-related to how they're really doing business- wise. Promotion is given only if one of the non-relevant criteria takes part- either you're pilot, or engineer. And either way- you should be a man, otherwise the odds are against you.
