      Pros

      Great social benefits, a good salary for your occupation nice people and a very relaxed not stressful environment to grow in as a student earning valuable knowledge.

      Cons

      Not enough work most of the time, mediocrity feels like it's in the air throughout the company with no one trying really hard to do a great job because promotion is hardly happening there. The company is really big and on occasions feels like the army.

      Pros

      Some divisions make profit, so they are recruiting, growing, and offer their employees opportunities to learn new technologies and get promoted (except for the salary, in this case the horizon is very limited).

      Cons

      Some of the senior managers are really psychopathic in their behavior, and I'm not kidding. Yelling and humiliating their employees in front of their colleagues. How disgusting. Also, there is a lot of internal politics, led not only by the employees but by the managers against their own employees. And the managers at the HQ don't even care, as long as there is profit every quarter.
