      Pros

      They make sure to teach you everything they need even if you dont have experience. They work very orginisly with sprints and the sprint is managed well

      Cons

      The work life balance shifts multiple times a year. sometimes there are weeks where everyone is required to stay until late, and sometimes the sprint can be empty without any job required to be done - that can go on for days.
