      Pros

      This is by far the best place to learn new things and actually implement them. The work-life balance is great

      Cons

      Elbit is tech defense and by design, it's not working like in the normal high-tech environment. There are less customers, less feedback, and more bureaucracy

      Every other Friday off. People you work with.

      Cons

      Unethical. Management says they have an open door, however, they do not respect you are the expert at your job. Managers think they do. It need to know how to use the system.
