      Stable, can finish the day early

      Not developing, lots of talking but bottom line the employees don’t enhance themselves lots of big words without actually doing that. From April they not allowing employees to work remotely (only 2 days a month) The big benefits of company vacation was cancelled due COVID and never came back They spending lots of money on company events but the big money from income goes only to the senior managers. The salary can stay the same for years without change so eventually if you stay you lose money
