The people I work with are very friendly and helpful. The direct boss isn’t pushy, and is very cooperative and flexible. I’ve learned a lot and received a lot of responsibility.

Cons

On the downside, the work-life balance is a bit lacking. Not a lot can be done from home depending on the role. Some methods are outdated and elongate development.
