Nice company to work in the beginning of the career

Pros

Very stable, nice people. I have a great team and a wounderfull boss. Sometimes the company sends its eploees to cources in its own courcecenter. Great place for beginners or people at the sunset of their career.

Cons

Low salary (compared with my friends who are working in other companies). The company doesn't care much about its emploees, although states to do so. The company lets the good a contributive people to leave.
