Pros

The positives of working here include developing strong client relationships and learning technical and interpersonal skills while working in small, collaborative teams. The flexibility to switch teams is a plus. Free lunches on Fridays are also appreciated.

Cons

Management often fails to take accountability for mistakes and deflects blame onto employees. They exhibit poor communication and avoid addressing internal issues professionally. Pushing back against unreasonable requests is met with retaliation. The constant staff turnover seems tied to management's boundary-pushing and irritation with those who push back.
