      Great Culture, Good team, very smart people.

      Expect to be put on many different teams with many different people over your tenure; fun and engaging but also doesn't give much opportunity to really build a team

      Pros

      The people are such a huge part of why this culture works. They are having tremendous growth and it is exciting to be a part of that energy. General diversity is lacking but there is a focus on this and steps being taken to develop a more diverse pipeline of qualified diverse applicants.

      Cons

      Still figuring out how to scale and update internal processes with so much change. Need to formalize/standardize across business units to avoid confusion or reinventing the wheel.
