Horrible Company - Sexist

Pros

I have nothing positive to say about this organization. Please never work at this company.

Cons

Boys club, nepotism, sexist, racist. CEO is a drug addict. If you want to work here, don’t. This is not a place for anyone with a soul to work.

Pros

You get Christmas break (12 days of Christmas they call it), and are able to rack up a lot of hotel and airline miles with all the travel. Loved my co-workers, they were great people.

Cons

Work/life balance is terrible. They expect you to travel and comp you with no personal time to spend with family or to do things such as laundry on your time in town. The VP level employees I dealt with were terrible. Micromanaging, rude and unhelpful. Very much a sink or swim culture in such a niche market. Very dishonest individuals to work for as well.
