Amazing people and teamwork; cool things coming
Pros
I have only been at ES&S for a little over 4 months, but I am amazed daily by the people who work here. The people who work here have a passion for elections. But they are also exceptionally good people who care about each other and doing the right thing for the business. We have gone through quite a bit of change since I arrived: implementing Agile and a program management structure, bringing on new hires, revamping our career paths, etc. and the team has rallied around the mission. We also have an incredibly exciting roadmap developed and some really cool things are coming soon!
Cons
As a company, we are very sales driven and we have to be very disciplined to maintain priorities and focus in development. We have made huge improvements with this and have done great at focusing on the most important work. But the tendency as a company to react is still there.
