Nice and friendly coworkers. Health benefit is good.

Cons

No work life balance. You need to work overtime every day. High stress during the work hours. All tasks are urgent. If you think the workload is too much then that's your fault because you can't balance it well.

Office location is a bit dull. Work can be repetitive, expected to work long hours if necessary, Tasks are not too stimulating.
