      Excellent culture and values! Excellent work environment and learning opportunities through a continuing education budget! The work done here is really helping shaping the future of the energy sector and DER technology!

      Cons

      Work can get a little repetitive, but one is constantly introduce to other technologies and other branches of business within the company to diversify your learning
