Pros

Xerox company. gets you experience in IT with little or no prior XP, Anthem benefits/HSA contributions, 401k matching

Cons

No upward mobility, yearly raise is fully dependent on if you “exceeded expectations” in the managers eyes. Random big layoffs with no good reason given. Keeps paying people less as new employees are hired. Racist or homophobic people don’t get fired or disciplined.

Pros

There are a few good people there but management was not the best. It was too much favoritism. Promises made and never delivered.

Cons

You put in the hard work and watch everyone else around you get promoted and pay increases. Go where you are appreciated.
