The pay was well below industry standard, 20 dollars an hour for a software developer position. The PTO was also very low, at 8 days a year. I worked there for 2 months and spent the first month cleaning phones in the warehouse even though I was hired as a software developer. I spent less than a month training before being let go with no warnings about my performance beforehand. There is no opportunity for working remotely even though certain people on the same team were allowed to.
