Leadership and management at Electrosoft is outstanding! Management truly lead by the company's core values (integrity, customer service, excellence, teamwork, and respect). Management respects and cares about their employees. They are always inventing ways to keep employees engaged and providing opportunities for employees to come together and participate in fun activities with family throughout the year. The pandemic did not stop the HR department from coming up with inventive ways to bring the company together by arranging virtual comedy night, bingo night, and many other fun activities and prizes for employees and their families to join. They also award their employees for excellent customer service and other categories during an awards ceremony that usually takes place once a year and leadership makes sure hard working employees are awarded throughout the year by providing spot awards. During quarterly meetings, management always highlight employees that receive kudos from their customer, etc. Electrosoft is a great company all around from recognizing employees hard work to providing excellent customer service!
Cons
If I have to give a con to Electrosoft, the only thing is my laptop was a tad on the slow side.
